What are MECHI Moments of the Week?
A #MechiMoment of the week is a personal highlight when you feel truly alive—when your body’s movement brings you joy, energy, and a sense of accomplishment. Whether it’s reaching your 10,000 steps at a local lake, hiking with friends, or enjoying a daily walk with your dog, every form of physical activity counts. We encourage our staff and users to capture and share these moments as reminders to celebrate movement and maintain a healthy lifestyle—no matter how big or small the activity.
