The November Flow - Mechi Newsletter

Hello Mechi Community!

October was full of connection, movement, and plenty of good energy. We loved seeing new faces, getting active together, and seeing our community grow—it’s inspiring to be building this with all of you.

We also had an incredible time at our community event at Spark Social—thank you to everyone who came out and brought such amazing energy!

On a personal note, our newborn just turned two months! It’s been a beautiful (and sleepless) adventure as we find our rhythm between parenthood, work, and staying active. Like many of you, we’re figuring out how to make movement fit into this new chapter—and we’re reminded daily that staying active doesn’t always have to mean hitting the gym. Sometimes it’s stroller walks, stretching during baby’s nap time, or dancing around the living room with your little one.

This month, we’ll be focusing on how to stay active while parenting. Join us in finding creative ways to move in a manner that fits your life and not the other way around.

We’ll feature weekly movement activities, highlight community stories shared through the #MechiMoment hashtag, and spotlight events happening on the Mechi app and in your local community. Please be sure to follow us on our socials and check out our Blog for more movement tips and tricks.
